We recently received an email from the father of a member of our congregation.

He was in hospital alone and scared preparing for a heart operation.

The day before his operation the phone by the bed rang. He picked it up to hear a female voice say, “Hi dad, don’t laugh but I am a Christian” and proceeded to tell him how and why.

“I of course didn’t laugh..I cried..absolute tears of joy..had not heard from her for a very long time..”

I had been praying for my daughter..whose life was a bit topsy turvey..and like many Christians

sometimes wondered if my prayers were heard ..as many seemed to go unanswered..

She is so enthusiastic about your Church and I am just so happy she found Christ..thank you for what ever part your played in her becoming a Christian."
